This PVC stair nosing (or bullnose) provides a long-lasting safety solution for indoor steps. It not only prevents slips and falls but also protects stair edges from damage. Suitable for installation on various surfaces, such as carpets, tiles, and panels.
Installation Instructions:
- Ensure the room is at normal temperature.
- Clean and level the stair surface.
- Cut the nosing to fit the exact width of the step using a knife.
- Apply assembly glue or double-sided tape. Important: Do not glue the bottom part of the nosing to the step.
- Press firmly into place and allow the adhesive to dry.
Each stair tread protector is well-packaged to prevent bending or twisting during transit and comes with the necessary screws and plugs for easy installation.
To install, ensure room temperature is optimal. In cold conditions, gently heat the profile with warm air or water before installing. Follow the same cleaning, cutting, and gluing steps, making sure to use adhesive only on the upper part of the profile. Press firmly and allow the glue to dry for a secure fit.
