How do you install a plinth sealing strip?

The plinth seal has an "H" shape, with the kickboard fitting into the upper part of the "H."

1. Cut the plinth seal to the required length (this can also be done after attaching the seal to the kickboard).
2. Insert the kickboard into the plinth seal.
